Soundscapes was formed way back in 2007. As a quintet they released their first album "Globalectic" in 2011 to excellent reviews. Every track is its own journey with progressive, modern tones and interactive improvisation. After the release of Globalectic the band continued on as trio and was described as "terrifying, talented" and with music that is "...of the highest quality and purest motivation" (Benjamin Stewart - Live Review). The group recorded their 2nd album "The Unravelling" in 2013. This second offering expanded on the ideas and concepts first explored with the quintet, but took them to new levels of complexity and instrumental interplay.
